Finish the widget with the activity?

There is a widget created by me, how can I add it to the phone screen by clicking on the button?
Looked here but there it is necessary to specify ID. What is the way to add a widget?? Maybe I misunderstood something..

If it is still possible to implement it on the stock launcher, then this is bad manners, as it seems to me.
