Is it possible to publish applications with non-public access on Google Play and the App Store?

Greetings!
I must say right away that I have not written a single public application before, I try everything for the first time.
I faced the task of creating an internal corporate application (on React Native) in the office and the question arose - is it possible to publish applications on Google Play and the App Store that only a limited list of people will have access to? And from under a private, not a corporate account of the developer.
I did not find any bans on Google Play.
According to the App Store, some Russian articles mention this: "The editors reject applications that do not work without the user providing personal information (email, date of birth, ...)". But in fact, in, so to speak, the primary source, I don’t see anything like that: https://developer.apple.com/app-store/review/guide...
How are things really?

Second moment. In the App Store, I only came across the fact that, they say, if the application has an administrator mode, it is necessary to give access there for moderation. Those. It turns out that for moderation it is necessary to give the moderators the opportunity to consider the application in general completely, to look into every corner and use each function, despite the fact that the corporate functions of the application can include all sorts of different unsafe manipulations?

I don't know about iOS, but Android has a universal solution.
You can use your F-droid repository for this .
For the repository, you will need a primitive hosting, where to upload a folder with apk files so that they can be downloaded via a direct HTTP (S) link. Kind of like Dropbox, as a free solution, it's fine too.
Automatic update will work on gadgets where the F-droid client is installed and the address to the repository folder is registered.
In iOS, you need to connect via TestFlight to dev versions, indicating the Apple-ID of each device where the program will be installed.
If you have any questions - write a comment, there is a parting word, the rest is googled.
