Travel Mobile Suite (Paris)?

Hello.
First of all, they are interested in high-quality (paid or free) mobile guides to world cities and attractions.
I want to arm my android phone for visiting Paris. Some time ago, I listened to Runetology with some pepper, who presented his project of mobile audio guides using positioning and almost augmented reality. If you suddenly tell me what kind of release it was and what kind of software it was, then it will be great.
In addition,
1) If you know a good mobile guide for Paris
2) If you suggest a useful mobile software for Paris
3) If you know any good mobile translator or phrase
book 4) If you know any good mobile French tutorial,
5) If you know any software that can be useful (transport system, food, etc.)
then I will be very grateful to you!
PS Applications for iOS are also suitable, because. ipad\iphone is available.

There is such a cool thing as TripAdvisor , which has guides to many cities. Only it was in Paris that he twice led us to the wrong place.
For the metro, I used this: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fabernovel.ratp
In general, just type in the search and see what they offer: play.google.com/store/search?q =paris&c=apps
And a bit off topic: they suck at mobile internet. There is no way to buy a SIM card with unlimited internet without buying a phone. The best option that I found is bouygues telecom with payment by kilobytes (I don’t remember exactly how much, but it’s terribly expensive)

TripAdvisor to choose where to go, Google Maps cache to go there, Wikipedia for more. information.
I used Earworms Rapid French as a tutorial - I liked it very much.

For you, each new addition to the text causes a new theme to appear. 4 almost identical topics already in q&a. The previous three would probably be better removed.

A detailed guide to Paris and France https://www.vparis.net As for Tripadviser, his profile is hotels, not travel, with a detailed description of cities and countries.
