Transmission + MTS does not want to work?

Hello, today I connected to the above provider and ran into such a transmission problem that doesn’t want to start downloading, although there are peers in the announcement, it hangs dead, although the same distribution launched on uTorrent immediately starts. MTS in our region sits behind NAT, maybe this is the case or somewhere else it is cut off, but anyway, why then does uTorrent work normally?

The issue was resolved by reinstalling everything and everything plus setting up an ipv6 tunnel, Transnission 2.84 started downloading. But since I reinstalled everything, I redid the Transmission + FlexGet + Pushover assembly to rTorrent + ruTorrent + Pushover, it seems to work faster :)

It's probably a DPI issue. Try connecting via VPN. If the matter is DPI, then the traffic wrapped in the VPN tunnel cannot be reached by it and, accordingly, cannot be blocked.
PS
It is possible that even delays will decrease ...

µTorrent can work over the µTP UDP protocol, which is specifically designed to bypass NAT, but Transmission apparently doesn't. Look, in µTorrent, peers have [uTP] written in the tail and the letter "P" is in the flags if the exchange is going through µTP.
