Transmission daemon Error: permission denied problem accessing /mnt only?

Installed Ubuntu server 18.04 with latest version of Transmission daemon.
The problem is that the webmord gives an error Error: permission denied ONLY when using any disk mounted in /mnt.
Te if I create a downloads folder anywhere on the system disk (by setting access rights 770 and a user group), then everything works without any problems.
Permissions:
sudo chmod -R 770 /mnt/1TB_SM/transmission
The owner of the torrents_group group has full access to the folder below:

sudo chgrp -R torrents_group /mnt/1TB_SM/transmission

As soon as I create this folder on another drive, the daemon gives an error.

Help, please, what could be the problem, I sin on fstab , but all disks are mounted there with the same parameters as the system one.

command/guy launched from a user who does not have rights to these frauds :)

for a home computer, I decided stupidly and simply - I launch the transmission and a few more services from under myself.

/etc/systemd/system/transmission-daemon.service.d/override.conf
[Service]
User=pfg
Group=pfg
Nice=10
PermissionsStartOnly=yes
ExecStartPre=/sbin/iptables -t nat -A OUTPUT -p tcp -m tcp --dport 80 -d 195.82.146.120/30 -j DNAT --to-destination 163.172.167.207:3128

for a home monouser, more is not needed.

The problem is that if you mount disks via fstab, then most likely you did not specify the umask option, as a result, only the user has rights to the mounted disk and, accordingly, they do not exist for debian-transmission, from which transmission works by default.
PS yes, necroposting, but now I myself have encountered such a problem))
