Transferring settings from VB to real machine?

Good day!
The question is how to transfer all user settings from the Virtual Box virtual machine with Ubuntu to a freshly installed live machine with the same Ubuntu?
All user settings mean X settings and backup systems, etc. It would also be a nice bonus to transfer installed programs.

I can’t be 100% sure that I’m right, but as far as I know, all settings and configuration files are stored in two places
1. /etc/*
2. /home/[user]/.*
From /home/user, you can safely copy, BUT, just in case, in order not to catch an extra hemorrhoid, save what was created during installation to the archiver, so that you can roll back later.
But /etc/* is more difficult. Here it is better to deal with each demon and program separately in order. Usually a file with a .conf extension. But not always.
DON'T FORGET TO MAKE COPIES!

PS: Although, for example, phpMyAdmin stores some settings in /usr/share/phpMyAdmin
