Are there drivers for Linux?

Good afternoon! Here such business arose, I want to pass to Linux. But, on Windows, everything just flies for me, but on Linux it somehow slows down, slows down, loads. I suspect it's all because of the drivers. When I put myself another monitor and a new video card, everything also slowed down, installed the drivers, and everything flies. And on Linux there are no drivers, what to do?

Why not? =)
For Linux, there are proprietary drivers from NVidia, which you usually need to switch to in the settings, or install separately, and quite normal ones from AMD and Intel, which are usually already installed out of the box.

Linux has the vast majority of drivers, you just need to find them
binary firmware for various drivers in the linux kernel There are many other packages with non-free drivers as an example
