Transferring navigation content from one container to another?

Hello, the bottom line is this: there is a menu, a regular navigation, the last item in it is a button, click on it and there is a dropdown, so you need to check when initializing and resizing the window whether the navigation items fit into this navigation, if not, then throw the entire overflowing content in this very dropdown
At the moment, when initializing everything works OK, but when resizing, all items are deleted.

propose to independently optimize, transfer to threads, make OnPush, break it down into components and services and make everything even more abstract and reusable.
