Transferring layout from Sketch to Figma?

Guys, tell me who has experience.
There are customer layouts in Sketch, we need to continue working on Figma.
How will layouts open normally or with bugs?

I worked in parallel with one designer, on one project. He works in Sketch, I work in Figma, he sent me his source codes, I opened them freely. There were minimal bugs, but they were solved in one or two clicks.
Figma opens the Sketch quite well.

Consider the fact that symbols assembled in Sketch need to be reassembled into components in Figma. If there is a huge design system (UI Kit) - you will have to tinker with the components. And everything else is excellent.
