Transferring files via SCP over an insecure channel?

Hey!
If you copy a file from server B to server A with the command
scp [email protected]:/path/to/file.conf .
How safe will it be if the connection goes through the TOR network?
Is it possible to intercept the copied file, having access to the outgoing torus node?
Is it possible to intercept the user's password (which will need to be entered when copying)?
