Transferring data from a local corporate network to the Internet, is it possible?

Good,
There is a local corporate network (organization) that is almost disconnected from the Internet, except for some Yandex services (for example, mail works).
The question is, is it possible to somehow send data (employee performance) from a local site, for example, upon request from outside the local network?
For example, the request is not sitting in a chair at work, but sitting at home on the couch?

And the truth is, I. mail works!
In general, I made a site parser with indicators (they are in the table), and I directly send it to I. mail after filtering out everything that is superfluous except for the table itself and styles.
Now, every 30 minutes, an up-to-date, ready-made table with indicators comes.
Wow, how easy is that.

TCP over email.

Yandex mail works via the Internet, so it's not completely cut off.
Data transfer is naturally possible, but how to do it - you need to contact your IT department and set a task.
Starting from direct access to the corporate network via VPN, and ending with a request-by-email bike.
