Transferring a virtual machine from KVM to Proxmox: how to do it?

Greetings! There is an iron server on which a WS2008 virtual machine with MS Exchange 2010 is running in kvm. You need to transfer it to another server in Proxmox.
The matter is complicated by the fact that its disks lie on lvm, something like this:

vda /dev/vg_raid5/virtual-disk #lvm
vdd /dev/vg_raid5/virtual-disk-1 #lvm

How to do it?
It is also interesting how to set up a backup of this machine (on a KVM server) without stopping it.

You can try to create a new VM and make a backup / restore via Veeam Backup Agent.

Backup without stopping is stupid, there will be no data consistency
Well, you just need to run backup in the console
