Transferring a site to another server?

There are two shared hosting. One of them has a website. But not one, but with a bunch of other sites hanging on subdomains. The question is how to move this site (root, that is, from www) to another server, and so that sites on subdomains continue to work on the old hosting?

Turn to professionals, they will quickly do it for money =)
Essentially: 1) transfer the site 2) fix A record in DNS

Destroy through DNS? Not?
domain.com IN A xxx.xxx.xxx.1
sub.domain.com IN A xxx.xxx.xxx.2

As for turning to the pros - what about invaluable experience? )
In essence, the question is: I will transfer the site, change the DNS addresses at the domain registrar, then “add an existing domain” to the new hosting, and in its settings create A records for all subdomains on the old server?
Am I missing something?

You would specify which panel is used on the site, then it would be possible to give more effective advice instead of “transfer files, change ip”

Copy the site, database, delegate the domain to normal NS (with the muzzle of ispmanager, or regrushny, or their partners), resolve the DNS. Everything in general.

For all subdomains in DNS, specify the IP of the old server.
