Transferring a site on bitrix to local hosting - any solutions?

Given: Windows 10* 64
The processor does not support Vtx Hosted
site (demo version)
Please don't ask like: "Why do you need this shit, etc.
Task: create a backup copy on the hosting and deploy the project on a local server.
Tried different options.1
Option with restore.php file, recommended by Bitrix - doesn't work on my laptop. Unpacking archives freezes somewhere in the middle and that's it. I tried to change the timeout in the settings - it didn't help. Even with a normal installation through the demo script editions: 'Business' with off. site unpacking hangs.
2 The option of creating a backup on the hosting and transferring it through the tag.gz archive did not work either.
I downloaded 11 archives from the hosting in .tar.gz format, which were renamed in turn to 001, 002, 003, etc. but 7-Zip installed on Windows 10, having created 1 of them, could not unpack it.
Option 3: After downloading the usual archive from the hosting, I unpack them into dir.
Errors appeared in the browser:
arr/public_html
Warning: require(D:/ASITES/arr/bitrix/header.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\ASITES\arr\public_html\index.php on line 2
Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required 'D:/ASITES/arr/bitrix/header.php' (include_path='.;w:/modules/php/PHP-7.1-x64;w:/modules/ php/PHP-7.1-x64/PEAR/pear') in D:\ASITES\arr\public_html\index.php on line 2
The index.php file on page 2 refers to the link. header.php
require($_SERVER[“DOCUMENT_ROOT”]."/bitrix/header.php");
header.php refers to prolog.php
Correspondence with technical support - no result.
In order to use your virtual machine, my processor must support Intel VTx or AMD SVM
. The last thing they advise me is: "Then you need to use other means for transfer. For example, transfer using server means"
"Using standard tools of a UNIX family system"
Only how can I use all this if I have Windows 10 * 64?
In their recommendations:
- make sure that the remote hosting meets the minimum technical requirements of the product (you can check it with a script
In other recommendations:
- make sure that the remote hosting meets the minimum technical requirements of the product (demo version requires Zend Optimizer 2.6 and higher)
what is ZenD Optimizer? Is he needed?
- create a data archive using the tar utility: tar czf site.tgz .* * - this is also for Lunix, my tar archives cannot be unpacked 7-Zip
If there are no options on the local, where can I store the site for free?
1 screen - hosting
2 screen - local server

I described in detail here how you can glue the archives created by Bitrix
https://klondike-studio.ru/blog/bitrixtar/ .ru/products/vmbitrix/ a simple version www.denwer.ru a more casual version https://ospanel.io/ There you can simply switch the versions of php and views. Cruel option https://medium.com/@ssharizal/how-to-install-lamp-...

Windows is evil, therefore)
1. Raise the virtual machine, for example, on VMWare
https://www.1c-bitrix.ru/download/cms.php#tab-bitr...
2. It will already have bitrixvm, and the restore.php file
run this file and you will be happy.
Pay attention to the place. By default it is 20 GB.
Those. you need to expand if your site is larger.
And do not forget that there should be 2 times more space, because. the backup is deleted at the end.
