Transferring a database from a local server to a hosting?

in general, when transferring the database from the local server to the hosting, I got this. the tables seem to be all transferred, but what is this error and how to fix it. ps please understand, this is the first time I'm transferring the site, so it's as clear as possible, thank you in advance

It looks like the table already has a primary key =) Try deleting the table altogether and doing the import again
