Transferring a .com domain from godaddy to nic.ru (or r01.ru)?

Gentlemen, who solved the issue of transferring a domain in the .com zone from the goDaddy registrar to the Russian registrar nic.ru or r01.ru. The domain remains the same, the transfer is carried out from an individual to another individual.
