Transferred files to hdd on another computer does not see?

Did a full format did not help. I threw files from 1 computer to a hard one, on the other it says that it is busy, but does not see anything. Total commander showing all hidden files also does not see anything. Re-formatted completely throw off the same thing. On the C drive, too, threw off does not see these files. Windows 8 x64 enterprise

Check file system type. Eight could "stupid".

What a chaotic description of the issue.
There are two PCs, from the first (win 8)
files were copied (what kind? documents? software?)
to a hard one (what, USB? initialized and formatted on a PC with which OS?)
and when connected to another PC (what OS is there? )
does not see only the copied files or does the hard one not open at all?
