Transfer of foreign domains from Russian-speaking registrars

There are several domains in different zones (.info .com, etc.) that were registered with Russian hosting companies. They need to be transferred somewhere far away from Russia.

I will put the question on the example of the .info zone.
Upon request to the hosting support service, they told me that the registrar was enom.com and gave access to access.enom.com.
But there you can only change the server ns and contact details.
The hosting support service told me that in order for me to get full control over the domain (i.e. pay for it myself, change A records, and so on), I need to tell them my enom.com login and they will transfer it under my control .

Registration as a reseller in enom costs $249, which is clearly not satisfactory.

How and to which registrar can I transfer the existing domains in order to pay for them through it in the future and they were completely uncontrolled from Russia?

1. If you are on Enom, then they will simply push the domain to your account and it will not cost anything. Enom.com is for resellers, for end users they have www.enomcentral.com/. You can open an account there and a domain name will be sent to you there.
2. Choose any registrar, let's say www.namecheap.com or www.godaddy.comand after opening an account there, select transfer domain name, specify the domain name, and they will send the previous owner (I believe it will be your soap) an authorization code that will need to be entered in the form. As a result, in a few days, the domain will be already on the new registrar. You can look for registrars who have free domain name transfer to avoid transfer fees, usually it is the cost of an annual registration.

I will add: the transfer takes place within 5 days.
