Transcend WiFi SDHC as a local server?

The question is in the title.
Let's say we set up a full-fledged web server and develop on it. And so that at the same time access was from a stationary computer and from any device with wi-fi, whether it be a phone, laptop or tablet.
After all, without unnecessary hemorrhoids, you can check the site on various devices: edited the code - saved - clicked update on your phone / tablet.
As far as I understand, only power is needed for the card to work?

A full-fledged server on this card is too much. normal lighttpd will do. and if you fasten PHP and mySQL, it will already be too much for such a processor.

You need a radiator to keep the heat out. And to increase the power, I would recommend that you install 15-20 cards on one heatsink in order to be able to do complex calculations and mine bitcoins. Here, look at how supercomputers are arranged, how much heat they emit.

Theoretically, of course, you can "but why?" The performance of such a server will be generally nil.
Look towards Raspberry Pi. And the piece of iron is more powerful, and the price does not bite at all.
