Does it make sense to buy 3.0 adapters for memory cards?
Let's say https://www.samsung.com/us/computing/memory-storag...
is basically 100 read and 90 write. Ali offered ordinary usb 2.0 adapters, but began to notice 3.0

I understand that memory cards are far from ordinary flash drives in terms of speed, but here it is the memory card and you need to choose a normal adapter.
Now I mostly use
it and am quite satisfied, but here 2.0, the sizes were up to 16GB, with 128/256GB I would like more speed

Yes, it makes sense, since very high-speed microSDs have now appeared, and especially SD (up to 90 MB / s and more), which simply do not show what they are capable of with USB-2.0. I especially recommend SD because, in addition to speed, they have another very useful feature - the ability to lock the recording (microSD through the adapter also allows this). This is useful if you keep some kind of repair and recovery LiveUSB on it, which you have to stick into computers infected with all sorts of rubbish.
I myself use this device:
Its advantages are that the SD does not stick out to the side, there is a swivel cover and an LED access indicator. On those that are on your link, there is most likely no indicator.
UPD: A useful article was found on this topic .
I didn’t remember exactly, but in my opinion, at the beginning of this outgoing year, I also came across a Samsung memory card, which, according to the owner, was generally the fastest they had. By the way, it cost, in my opinion, around 10,000.
There were no adapters, but in a new netbook with a "native" microSD connector, it gave out very good speeds, without any discounts. The owner wore a VeraCrypt container on it, which stored all the files and programs he needed to work "on the go" with PortableApps.
