Traffic jam service on Yandex Maps (MYAK) for Win CE?

On the version of Yandex maps for mobile (MYAK under WinCe), data on traffic jams is no longer displayed. Something is loaded there, but not displayed. The platform has not been supported by Yandex for a long time, what can be rewritten in the program code to revive the program?
