Tracking changes in gulp?

Node.js

Conditional project directory:
--dist
--src
----fonts
----img
----libs
For example, I remove a font from the fonts folder in the src directory, but gulp-watch does not remove this font from the dist directory, it can only add, the question is, how can you fully track changes in folders and update the dist directory with the latest changes from the src directory?
