Good afternoon. Please advise a utility that could monitor certain folders on the win server and throw the results into the log / email.

Of course, you can use a regular audit, but it is heavy and not convenient. I recommend looking towards solutions from netwrix , I use this product to audit changes in AD and on file servers - there are no complaints.
