TP-Link wr841n: how to revert from openwrt to factory firmware?

I'm trying to restore the factory firmware on the router. I tried to flash through WebUI, from the console, using tftp - to no avail. Connected to uart. When run in putty it gives:

In the console I tried to flash like this: mtd -r write /tmp/tplik.bin firmware I
also tried to enter the console via uart (I enter tpl at startup), but I don’t get an invitation. I connected to uart via arduino uno. What could be the problem?
