Tp-Link WR340G - DHCP does not work and port 3 is constantly on?

Tp-Link WR340G - it is not possible to connect either via Lan port or via Wifi - DHCP does not work.
Also, the indication of 3 ports is constantly on, even without connecting devices.
I read that the port transformer burned out and you need to cut two tracks leading from the processor to the port. But I can't find a schematic for this model. Who had experience in restoring routers with such a malfunction, what would you advise?

Try the following method: take either a patch cord cut or crimp a piece of a network cable on one side as usual, and on the other side, strip all the wires to copper and twist all the conductors together. After that, insert the resulting crimped stub into the faulty port and reboot the router.
Something like this for example: monitor.net.ru/forum/-info-326904.html
