TP-LINK switch TL-SF1005D does not see the Internet in Windows 8?

In general, there is an RJ45 network socket, I connected a patch cord to it, and the patch cord, respectively, to the switch. I connected a computer to the switch. But the computer does not see the Internet, there is a network. I go to the network and sharing center. There appears an unidentified network and limitations in Ethernet. I checked the working hub on another computer, if the PC is directly connected to the outlet, then there is Internet. The computer is running Windows 8. Tell me how to fix the problem?

the link on the hub is on? I had a similar case, the cable length was about 80m, I had to hang a switch at the other end of the socket, it was a cheap 5 port 3com, the network did not work through the switch, if directly to the server - everything is ok, we bought a more expensive switch - everything worked.
try to poke into different ports of the hub and see if the link blinks

Because you need a router, not a switch
