The cable from the router goes to the switch, then all PCs connect to the switch and receive an Internet, now about 12 PCs use the Internet. Will everything work fine if the PC is 35?

От количества пользователей локалки ширина интернет канала не меняется (это та часть что за "роутером")

well, if you don’t load it with the rules on the firewall and some other garbage, then 12 will pull it,
but don’t expect normal work for 35.
characteristics are rather weak
the whiter I suspect that you have an ADSL channel, which means max 8 mb / sec, and if "Long Telecom" then just 5
on such a channel with 35 users will not be comme il faut.

Рутер скорее офигеет от такого количества компов и банально пошлет всех нафиг. Купите что нить посерьезней для такого количества, какойнить бодрый микротик сойдет для этого. А дсл-провайдер какой канал вам предоставляет?
