TP-Link starts from 5-10 times, how to fix it?

Good afternoon.

Recently, the router stopped starting the first time, 1-2 lights light up, and 4 lights light up 5-10 times and starts working.

How to fix it?

Most likely, the problem is either in the microcircuit (of the main processor), it has warmed up and is now buggy, or the problem, oddly enough, is in the power button, which, as it were, turns on, but at the same time gives a type of reboot command, and this flicker causes a freeze.
Try pressing the button without pressing it so that the button gives power but doesn’t get into the parking lot itself, and if the router boots up completely every time when you press it, then the problem is in the button. If it does not help, then throw the router into a landfill due to overheating. Firmware in such cases will not help, well, as an option, try to attach a fan to the case and cool the circuit (some details of the circuit will behave differently when cooled).
PS This is how the zuxel behaved for me, I just put it on the shelf, it seems to work, but with the same length in the same line, the signal draws at the best quality and, therefore, the Internet is smoother and faster. There, noise reduction and other algorithms are of considerable importance with a low-quality line.

Throw it out and buy a new one. Forgive me, Lord, beaver ...

It's just that broken sectors appeared in the NAND memory of the router, so it starts every other time, perhaps
the TP-Link capacitors are swollen. just your router has dead nand memory or swollen capacitors
