Tp-link cpe 520 mode: repeater?

Tp-link cpe 520 not working in mode: repeater? Client mode? Everything seems to be simple, but when scanning the network, it does not find any WIFI access points? What is the problem? Firmware, so I've already stitched it more than once or a marriage? Maybe someone faced such a problem?
