Touchpad keeps crashing?

The touchpad crashes on an Acer Extensa 2519 laptop. If you completely cut down the laptop, then when you turn it on, the touchpad will not work. You have to turn it off completely and turn it back on. It also happens that in the process of work at the most interesting moment it turns off. Again, a complete shutdown helps. I tried to go into the device manager - when the touch turns off, it says that there are problems with the device. I tried turning the touch off using the Fn keys - it does not help. The BIOS has been updated from the official site (by the way, it just needs to fix the turning off touch, judging by the description), it does not help, the driver has already been updated to the latest through the manager.

2. Any contacts go away, take it apart look
3. Try to clean the touch itself, take it apart, don't be lazy
