Is it possible to specify a folder in the cloud storage as the storage location for the torrent?

Synchronize a folder with Google Drive and download torrents to this folder.
Perhaps there are some implementations, but I see the following reason for the "complication": in addition to downloading, a torrent must also distribute files, and not just files from beginning to end, but exactly those pieces that clients request, i.e. this mechanism must be supported on the cloud side.
