Torrent does not distribute files, how to resolve this situation?

Client: Bittorrent PRO (latest version).
AXIS: Win 10 LTSB.
Port forwarding machine: Juniper SRX
Windows Firewall - disabled.
The essence of the problem:
I create a torrent in the program itself, do not specify anything (according to the method further -> further), I get up for distribution (the program does this automatically).
The port is specified in the settings, I forward it as TCP (all ports are forwarded by analogy and everything works).
Next, I send a torrent to users, they try to download something - the resources are not loaded, nothing happens.
What could be the problem? How to diagnose?
