Are there full-fledged analogs of bittorrent sync for Windows?

Googling did not give anything adequate, the task is reduced to transferring changes between 2 machines. Sync does not suit the fact that it downloads at a speed of 200-800 kbps on a 30 Mbps Internet. Can anyone suggest what can replace it?
