Torrent client for debian with webui and choice of download location?

Hey!
There is a machine with Debian, which is used as a file dump. I'm looking for a torrent client for it, ideally with remote control (a la Transition remote control) with one single requirement - that you can change the download path and, ideally, create folders.
Does it exist in nature? Thank you.

I don't think it's any different under Linux.

Vuze, a bunch of plugins for every taste, there are different webmords, there is a very simple api via json for management (in case you want your own webui with blackjack and muddles).
