How can I enable Tor routing for all connections in Kali Linux?

I know that in Tails all routing goes through the Tor network, but how did they do it? Looking for a way to do the same on Kali Linux 2.0

1) make sure that new_user has an index (new_id, user_id, id)
2) try rewriting via select from new_user join news
3) try rewriting as 2 queries without join
