TORification of all traffic through the gateway?

The situation is this, there are 3 computers with anonymous information, I plan to install a gateway with some kind of xubuntu on board, install a tor there, and assign it as the main gateway on computers, how to implement this, (literally a mini instruction, give something to understand where to dig)
so- what ports to leave open for http, https. 80 and 443? I have an application that can work through socks5 what port does it need? It is necessary that ALL traffic goes through Tor. Maybe you should use another system on the gateway? Does it make sense to use whonix on workstations?

Here in this article everything is written in detail. You essentially only need to write the rules in iptables.
