TOR Browser what will happen if you use it?

Hello everyone, I'm from Ukraine, I have a dynamic IP address, and sometimes I went through the TOR browser to sites that are blocked in Ukraine - VK, OK, MAIL, and not long ago I read on the Internet that if I have TOR on my PC and I don't use it then other people use my IP and riot police may come, since drugs could be sold from my IP, etc. as this video says

Now I'm really worried about how true this is

Better VPN to a European country (ping less) for a couple of bucks (do not forget encryption), and through it TOR.
They explained it a little incorrectly - The people are imprisoned for raising the "Outgoing" node, desperate guys, this is not done through the browser.

In order to be able to do something with you (go somewhere using your IP), you need to have tor relay up. And it is not used as part of the standard delivery of the ff + tor browser.
Those. there is nothing illegal to do.

There was such a case. A familiar lover of substances, having put himself a TOR, ordered himself an airdrop (well, you got it). He safely took the treasure, came home and all that stuff. After 3 days, riot police, snot, screams. They took it for the fact that hundreds of gigs of CPU were distributed from his supposedly computer. Say thanks to Thor. So if I were you, I wouldn't be like that. Just install an addon to bypass blocking, any one and sit quietly, at home, and not in a pre-trial detention center.
