Tor as a proxy on the server, but what is it?

Installed tor (apt-get install tor) to use it as a proxy via curl only locally on this server (vps).

localhost:9050 - proxy port
localhost:9051 - control port
What is 38294, is it open to the Internet, and what is rocket.plastic-spoon.de?
Server become tor exit node? How to remove it?

Ports are open on the Internet in the LISTEN status on 0.0.0.0 or other interfaces other than the local one. And this is an established connection to the entry node.
