Guys, share who used what tools / uses to monitor and analyze social networks? I used IQBuzz for a long time (actually, because I worked there), at the same time periodically testing SemanticForce, Wobot, YouScan and Babkee. The main principle of these services is the collection of documents by given keywords or connected walls of groups or pages (coverage of vk, fb, tw, inst, etc.).
At the moment, the task is a little different: it is necessary to find and monitor trends, without keywords and connections. The case is simple: you need a tool to collect posts with the maximum number of likes and/or reposts. There are guys like mediametrics, but they are monitoring transitions, not collecting trends.In general, share all the tools that you have in your arsenal, preferably FREE. Thank you!
