Tools for deploying a php application with a web interface?

There is a task of deploying a web application written in php.
1. Make an update from the repository (SVN)
2. Set the rights to certain files and folders
3. restart Memcached
4. Make a backup.
Now it works on TeamCity + ApacheAnt, but recently we have encountered problems (does not take the version from the repository), while SVN-checkout is done normally. Our tester is engaged in the deployment, and he needs a web-face with a “deploy” button and a view of the deployment process. TeamCity has all this, but it is periodically buggy.
Can you please tell me if there are similar tools for deploying applications with support for Ant build files?

Perhaps you have a problem directly with the ant task for updating svn.
