Tools for a static site?

The question is this: there was a need to make a small static site, a conditional landing page and several pages for hosting. I don’t want to write in pure html + php, because I’m used to using Vue.js and lately I’ve been writing mostly applications, and even more so - backing to java. I looked at VuePress and SSR in Nuxt, but as far as I understand, this is a little not done for that. I think maybe there is some tool to compile the vue page into html? What would you recommend in this case?
