Tool to sync ubuntu accounts?

Good afternoon, there is a small fleet of computers with ubuntu OS.
When a new person comes to the office, it is very inconvenient to add a new account to each computer.
I know that somehow through puppet you can synchronize accounts by creating an entry only on the master.
The problem is that there is no manual for the correct deployment of this tool.
Maybe there are other tools, or manuals, please advise.

Set up authorization through LDAP or Kerberos or through both together, synchronizing is a bad job.

You won't believe it - Active Directory :) Well, that is, samba as a DC and samba / sssd as a client

LDAP (users, logins / passwords, access to appropriate places, etc.) + NFS (home directories) and you can not only log in anywhere, but also the jobs are almost interchangeable.
