Too many Dropped Frames in XSplit: what to do?

Hello. We need to organize a live broadcast. Tried with OBS, but it didn't fit. We settled on XSplit. But with a download speed of up to 9 mb / s, a lot of dropped frames (out of 1500 processed - 400-600 are lost). Of course, iron is not the most powerful, but is that really the problem? Don't tell me what to do?
PS Perhaps this is not the right place to ask this question, but here I will most likely get an answer.

Stream 9 mb / s - are you trying to give FullHD with a high bitrate on not the most powerful hardware? Yes, you are crazy, my friend. Of course, he will not be able to give with such quality and will pour frames.
For online super quality - FullHD and 6 mb / s. For normal broadcasting - HD and 2-3 mb/s
