OBS studio transcodes the media file in standard mode during the broadcast. I set a large delay, the bitrate was almost at the minimum CPU load, I tried both ultrafast and minimum. FPS sags, the computer hums weakly, hardware acceleration is enabled but the CPU is 100%, and the GPU does not show (but it hums weakly, windows animation slows down), the Internet is 60 mb. / s. Also, the broadcast is not always displayed on the screen, often short but sometimes 10 minutes.
