To organize a local network between 2 remote workstations with 2 different providers and 1 white IP??
Good afternoon.
It is necessary to organize remote access between 2 workplaces without VPN.
How to do it?

Just like always. A computer with a white IP raises a service, a computer with a gray IP clings to it. What service? VNC is free. There are also paid ones - Radmin, Dameware. There are those who work through a third-party server, they generally do not care about the presence of a white IP - TeamViewer, for example.
I'll put in 5 kopecks: Rmote Utilities (for me it surpassed both TeamViewer and everything else ...), there is a tolerable host and a client with a bunch of modes. But I also use it over VPN for greater security.
VPN with clear and simple SoftEtherVPN.
