To hammer on flash absolutely?
I have been working with flash for a long time (8 years) and I see that at the moment it is dying completely. I have already switched to creating banners in html 5, since google has developed a thing called Google Web Designer to design banners for their own AdWorks, and Adobe has cut or, more correctly, improved their Flash Professional product in Animate.
I was told about 7 years ago that he would die, but I did not believe, but slowly moved and mastered the new for 2-3 years, but the functionality of the current html5 animation editors is still very poor compared to flash.

I don’t even know if it’s worth it at all in your case or not, otherwise, for the sake of a valuable plugin, people are even ready to use Internet Explorer, not like the old version of their browser, of course, your case is probably not like that.
