Tired of shit-coding, how to force yourself to continue?

The speed of writing has fallen by half in 3 months, stupidly because I'm tired. How to deal with adversity?

1. Sleep more. At least 7 hours a day. Those. go to bed no later than 1:00 and get up no earlier than 8:00
2. For each completed task, you need to reward yourself from the list of "actions and things that make me happy", for example, if you like to eat ice cream, put it on the list, like to lie in the bathroom, and go there etc. etc. As soon as you start doing a task, immediately agree with yourself: "as soon as I complete the task, I will immediately" take a carrot ""
3. Watch positive things that are not related to work at all more often!!!
4. Study outside of work and other useful things, for example, time management, improve English, etc.
5. Do push-ups in the morning, exercise
in general, a lot of things!

Maybe try another technology stack? This can help you stop coding shit and start writing good maintainable code that is fun to work on, and then, you see, the pleasure of work will follow :)

Hire a loader at a construction site for the Uzbeks, for a couple of weeks. Be surprised by the result. No, thanks. As an elderly electrician said to losers in my youth, when playing dominoes, if you don’t want to work with your head, work with your hands.

>> Tired of shit-coding Do
math, complex calculations, artificial intelligence, machine learning, write parsers, robots, etc., perform those tasks for which the result is important! Don't focus on code quality.

Rest is the time.
Time management is two.
Cover with tests and refactor the code - three))

Colleagues correctly suggest about the regime and so on. But I think the focus should be on motivation. Those. self-motivate. How? The answer is this:
1. Write motivating texts before going to bed (this is not a joke, but a really working technique). Necessarily by hand and this should be the last thing before going to bed, i.e. after that you should immediately lie down.
2. Find like-minded people and agree on mutual support, when one is blown away, everyone starts supporting him.

To begin with, stop shitty coding and start writing normal code.
