Time to move to Bootstrap 4?

I noticed that bootstrap 4 is already out of alpha and beta, but how scary is it to use now in the so-called production? The question, of course, is more about "compatibility" with old browsers (mobile and desktop), how relevant is it now to worry about those who, for whatever reason, use obsolete software?

And we converted the last site from bootstrap 4 to 3
and there is a reason for this. The undeniable popularity of bootstrap is its simplicity!
And also the minimum is simply the minimum level of entry. This gives us the opportunity to easily transfer the tasks of adaptive content layout to content creators, the cost of which is 500 rubles.
And even the site owners themselves can learn the basics of layout.
Now that we have The
layout of bootstrap 4 has become more difficult.
The entry level has increased. And hence attractiveness.
Yes, there are a lot of pluses, but there is also a real minus.
Now complex pages need to be typeset by the workbench. And he doesn’t really need a bootstrap.
