What are the advantages of other frameworks over bootstrap?

Recently came across UIkit . I understand that the advantage here is that there are more than any components. What else is there and how are they better than bootstrap?

There is no golden bullet at all. What is better for one, something for another, for the rest is better without a framework at all or use a part. Everything from the task and personal preference or customer preference

You can answer this question only in practice, try the most popular ones.
I myself settled on UIKIT, the third version is generally gorgeous.
