Time to learn C# WPF?

I was sent to the World Skills International competition in the nomination 09. SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS FOR BUSINESS.
In October there will be a World Skills Russia regional tour in my region.
For projects, we chose the C# language, WPF and WCF libraries. How long will it take to learn how to run C# GUI programs in Visual Studio? Can we get it done before October?

Everything depends on you. October is still far away, so I don't see any problems.
True, I xs, how much wcf + wpf is justified here. I would look towards asp net core and some kind of front-end stack.
But, emnip, worldskills doesn't provide internet access, so there may be problems downloading npm and nuget packages.
And also, when I went to WS - there 1C sponsored something and "software solutions for business" were made on 1C
